The Koontz Annex features 1,612 square feet of premium office/meeting space available for rent on the first floor .This large suite is located across the hall from the Clendenin Branch Library and includes four rooms, a kitchenette, and large deck overlooking scenic Elk River.
The area is also available for special events, birthday parties, baby and wedding showers, etc. It formerly provided classrooms for Mined Minds which provided computer and coding training.
