Welcome to Our Community Hub : The Koontz Annex
Koontz Annex, located on the right-hand side of the historic Riverview building, serves as a central gathering place for the Clendenin community. This wing honors the legacy of the Koontz family, who originally deeded the property to the county school board for educational purposes. When the property was no longer in use as a school, it reverted to the Koontz family heirs, who generously donated it to 25045 - ANC to preserve its role as a community asset.
